This is the third apartment I've rented in the past year (the other two shall remain unnamed) and Legacy Villas is by far the best. Legacy hires knowledgeable staff to assist renters in finding exactly what we need. I explained what I wanted and what hasn't worked for me at other places and was told, "I understand and I think we have just the one for you and it's available right now." and had me moved in within a week, and this was the week after Christmas! The staff is stellar, extremely friendly, and consummate professionals, both in the office and in maintenance. Plus, the rents are very well priced compared to other Spokane Valley units. Clean and well-maintained grounds add to the comfort. The gym is over twice the size of most I've seen with plenty of equipment and overlooks a comfortably furnished bbq area and large swimming pool. Various grocery stores, shops, Home Depot, restaurants, banks, Urgent care and fast food fare are a two-minute walk away. (Did I mention how awesome the staff is?)
