Quiet but nice small property

We’ve had a great experience at Legacy at Baldwin. The manager was so kind and took the time to help our mother with maintenance issues and explain how to use the resident portal. The maintenance team is always nice, professional, and very helpful. We really appreciate the excellent service!

Started ok but disappointing

Lived here 2 months, started off ok. Turnover of staff has been incredible. Since new management there has been an even less since of community spirit. Never any events arranged. Pool is closed so many times due one thing or another, pool bathrooms are filthy. Gym is never stocked with water as promised. Non residents wandering over to use facilities. Apartments are nice and new and you can bring your own grill at the present time, but I’m sure that will change again. Shame because Legacy had ...
potential to do better given its a new development.

My past apartment flooded therefore I needed to find a new apartment quickly and I found Legacy at Baldwin Ridge. As soon as I called, Samuel was there to help me quickly find my perfect apartment. Brand new apartments with everything you need and more. They are even planning to plant a community garden (how cute it that?). Highly recommend.
