Been here one month and EVERY day since I've been here, it's noise over my head. Can't sleep! I've reported 4 times. Sounds like they're coming through the roof. I'll NEVER recommend this place!! NEVER

Just moved in. We first moved into a apartment that reeked of cat pee. They then moved us to another unit. Dirty floors, blood on the toilets, dirt in the tub. The unit was dirty. They are way overpriced, and the apartments are okay.

Legacy is absolute TRASH! The residents are just as bad. People have no regard for your property and our vehicles have been hit 5 times in the year that we have lived here. Management says they are going to address this issue and work on trying to make things better and they haven’t done anything. They refuse to get cameras in their parking lots due to “resident privacy” but I bet if it was their cars getting damaged they would be quick to do so. They make sure to squeeze every last penny out of ...

residents during their move out inspection if there is any damages done to their property but they don’t care about any damages done to our property while it’s sitting in their parking lots.

This apartment has actually won awards! It has a movie theater, pool, dog park, grill area, car center etc! There’s too many to name. I love living here. It is a safe environment for kids of every age and close to everything, even base. BAH also covers the rent. Moving here is very simple and it is a big military community

Legacy is a nice apartment complex,that being said it's way too expensive for the quality of apartment that you get. The location is nice and close to the city or the base. The staff is friendly and repair requests are attended to quickly. The apartments are starting to become outdated especially for how much you pay a month. If you're willing to spend this much month I would recommend looking into renting a full house or buying a house. Also the walls are super thin here. Good luck

Everything in unit was in great condition at move in. Leasing office is really helpful and friendly. Apartments are within walking distance of stores, restaurant and a bar. The only bad thing or issue I've experienced is toilet not flushing...they usually respond to those situations the next day and by that time toilet starts working again.However, they do try their best I believe.

The apartment complex is nice from the outside. The inside has nutural colors. The appliances could probably be updated. The grounds are well kept and clean. The staff are friendly. The best thing about the apartments is the location of them. They are close to the mall and many restaurants.

Decent apartments compared to the others in the area. Extremely overpriced when compared to any decent city in NC (IDENTICAL apt in Greensboro ~ $200 less) but I guess about on par in Goldsboro due to the Air Force base and lack of ok apartments. Maintenance is extremely quick to fix any issues and has always gotten it correct the first time. Most of the people around are very nice. Occasionally you get sketchy people in the community but I believe they are just visiting people living there. ...
