Legacy at Hayward has always been a great place to live. Unfortunately there has been some drastic changes in management that have really negatively impacted our experience. With the previous management any requests or questions were responded to in an extremely timely manner. We had previously asked to move to a different unit, our request was responded to in less than 4 days. We have recently asked for a unit change again and I haven’t received a response in about a month. There are absolutely ...

no potty stations to throw away doggy bags anywhere on the property although they’ve been saying they are placing one “soon”. The number 1 spot that’s supposed to be available to residents in case we have something heavy to bring up is constantly occupied by management themselves. The few parking spots available to guests are taken up by residents for weeks at a time. Unfortunately our stay here will definitely have to come to an end once our lease is up even though we were excited to stay here

The apartment complex is very safe and accommodating towards the residents. It is gated and locked 24/7. The only downside is there is no free parking here except on the street maybe about 7 spaces but those get taken up quick so you have to park a street away and walk

my experience has been mixed the facility is great with all the amenities but the limited office hours causes a lot of inconvenience. It would really help if someone is available beyond the limited hours, since many of the move in move out issues and other issues pop up when we are at home after office.

Great staff who are prompt with response time and trying to resolve issues. It feels safe living here and we like the new gate installed. Security that was hired was also very attentive and friendly.

So far the experience of living here has been great. The only recommendation I have is to change the amenities hours for the weekends. It should be open until at least 11 PM.

The apartments garage door doesn’t work and it’s been over 1.5 years. They are no where even close to finishing that up. The apartments are very pricey considering the neighborhood Apartment is overall well maintained and the has good amenities
