This 'luxury' facility has degraded considerably since I moved in 20 months ago. The PARKING GARAGE is downright dangerous; speed bumps and lane marker bumps are needed. The place is DIRTY! It's unconscionable that the windows have never been washed - they are filthy. The corridor carpets were recently cleaned and the vendor did a great job. However, there is no protection from tracking dirt in from the garage and outdoors and the carpets are once again gross. Commercial heavy duty walk-off ...
mats would help. The garage floor is filthy, has never been cleaned. We now have groups of teenagers swarming the pool and riding electric boards & bikes through the garage. Yesterday a group of 5 young boys were wandering the halls, checking doors. I asked if they live here and they said 'no, their friend gave them a fob.' There is zero monitoring and zero security. The Open Path access control system is a joke - doors throughout are often taped open, and many locks no longer work.

We have lived here for 5 days now. So far our experience is great. If I can give one bad thing, it would be it's to bright at night. Our unit is ground level and next to the street light. Blackout shades are needed. Also the spa is broken.

I just moved in two days ago and overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to stay here. There are a few things I am not satisfied with. 1. My parking spot is very far away from my apartment. 2. One of the apartments above me, with a balcony facing the courtyard, played music extremely loud, had what appeared to be a large gathering of people in the apartment an on their balcony, and had a dog on the balcony that barked a lot. I hope this is not a pattern. 3. Connecting to the AT&T Wifi ...
was anything but simple. The QR code did not work. I was on the phone for over an hour with AT&T to get it hooked up and I am a 100% remote worker, so having reliable internet is essential. 4. I was required to identify any damages to my apartment during my walk though with Diane. I suggest residents be given a week or two to complete this list, because I have already identified a few things I did not notice during my walk through.

Clean. Good landscaping and general upkeep. Staff have been helpful during the move-in process. Amenities like the pool are well maintained. The one thing I will point out is that cell reception is very poor due to the concrete parking structure in the center of the building, so be prepared to go onto the balcony to make calls.

Fairly good experience overall. Brand new building obviously makes things nice. Location and newness obviously makes it a higher price. But, disappointed in quality of things such as appliances, construction quality, elevator never working, etc. Also, not being able to just the trash shoot, and being forced to leave smelly trash in the hallway of a luxury apartment (and being forced to pay to do so), is horrendous. Let us use the trash shoot.

Don't live here if you expect or need a reliably functioning elevator. This complex has been open for less than two years, and the elevator has consistently been out of service over the past several months. The property owner isn't fixing the issue despite knowing that it's chronic.

This is the epitome of luxury. The architecture of the apartment is superb. The cleanliness is amazing.
