Since moving in at the beginning there was a few concerns about kids getting up into the pool that we’re not residence. However, the staff has quoted the concerns with extra measurements to safety and security. They have also reached out personally, which was a relief, knowing that they care and want to keep the community safe. Other than that. it has been a wonderful experience. I enjoy living here. I enjoy my neighbors. Staff are wonderful kind and helpful to concerns. Properties is clean ...

Legacy have been good. The apartments are spacious enough for a bunch of things and quite nice with amenities. So far, there have been only a few problems like the flooding after some use but the team was able to resolve the issue really quick.

This 'luxury' facility has degraded considerably since I moved in 20 months ago. The PARKING GARAGE is downright dangerous; speed bumps and lane marker bumps are needed. The place is DIRTY! It's unconscionable that the windows have never been washed - they are filthy. The corridor carpets were recently cleaned and the vendor did a great job. However, there is no protection from tracking dirt in from the garage and outdoors and the carpets are once again gross. Commercial heavy duty walk-off ...
mats would help. The garage floor is filthy, has never been cleaned. We now have groups of teenagers swarming the pool and riding electric boards & bikes through the garage. Yesterday a group of 5 young boys were wandering the halls, checking doors. I asked if they live here and they said 'no, their friend gave them a fob.' There is zero monitoring and zero security. The Open Path access control system is a joke - doors throughout are often taped open, and many locks no longer work.

We have lived here for 5 days now. So far our experience is great. If I can give one bad thing, it would be it's to bright at night. Our unit is ground level and next to the street light. Blackout shades are needed. Also the spa is broken.
