Un lugar Bonito y Seguro para Vivir!
April 7, 2024Estas 5 estrellas son para todo el equipo que conforma Legacy at Sans Souci, sin duda alguna cada uno de ellos hacen de esta comunidad un lugar súper agradable para vivir. Mi esposo, nuestro peludo y yo, estamos muy contentos de habernos mudado aquí ya hace casi 4 años!!! Desde un inicio la Sra. Estela siempre nos ha brindado toda la información necesaria y nos ha asesorado en todo, respondiendo cada pregunta y guiándonos en el proceso haciéndolo así muy sencillo. Por otro lado el Sr. Eddie ...siempre está allí para ayudarnos en cualquier requerimiento que se presente en nuestro apartamento ( incluso fines de semana, si es una emergencia él buscará la forma de ayudarte junto a Estela ) y el Sr. Felix siempre estará manteniendo todo limpio en el conjunto y brindándote un saludo!!!. Nuestro apartamento es hermoso y gozamos de una vista espectacular, aparte nuestro peludo goza de muchas áreas verdes. El área es súper segura, es un conjunto siempre limpio ( la fumigación literalmente es eficaz) y un edificio muy calmado ( de verdad llegas a casa y sientes calma y paz). Honestamente nosotros nos sentimos muy felices aquí y lo recomendamos 100%. Loved this apartment!
May 4, 2023I've lived here for almost 3 years. I've loved living here. The manager, Estela, has been great. Very friendly and attentive. It's not a luxury building but very well maintained with a small but perfectly adequate gym and beautiful lawn and pool area in back. Very reasonable rent and great location. I wouldn't be moving but I just bought a house with my partner in another county. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

Legacy San Souci
January 30, 2021I lived at legacy San Souci for about three years and had no complaint about these apartments. They are clean and safe place to live. The manager and maintenance people are good at resolving any problems that might occur. I only moved to be closer to my family but stayed with the Legacy family.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live with great price
August 17, 2020I moved in month ago. It is great place and great fair price. Clean, calm and very safe. Estella, manager, is super helpful and pleasant. Pool is clean and no kids or dogs are running around. Private parking which is rare in North Miami. Close proximity to stores and Miami Beach. I highly recommend this place! A Happy Tropicana Resident
May 11, 2020I've lived at Tropicana Apartments for almost a year. I'm happily renewing my lease! The manager, Estela, has been so helpful and personable from the start. She also seems to actually care about the tenants. Yesterday, she dropped off flowers and little gifts to mothers in the building for Mother's Day. What building does that!!! She has been really flexible in working with payment plans since so many of us have been financially affected by the Covid-19 quarantine. My neighbors are nice, ...building quiet and maintenance issues dealt with promptly. Building common areas are kept clean and well-maintained.Property Manager Responded

Rude manager at the office
October 4, 2019“Manager” or whatever she wants to call herself has no respect for residents. It’s really rude when you speak to her, doesn’t look you in the eye when speaking to you & likes rolling her eyes when you are just trying to have a reasonable conversation, when you have issues with the apartment. She likes speaking to people like if your a family member or her friend. No someone who is paying rent each month and is a resident from the apartment. I’ll like to say I’ve never met someone so rude working ...in a office like that and could speak to people in rude ways. I’ll honestly say this building needs improvement but with people working in their office. And it’s not the first time I’ve heard her being rude to residents in this apartment watch out for this cranky rude old lady!!Property Manager Responded
