September 7, 2025My girls and I have been saying "we're happy, " since we moved in. The trees that create a canopy on the street, to the pools, the apartment is perfectly located, upgraded, and cozy. Don’t be fooled
July 15, 2025Let’s start off with how you can call the office at anytime during the day and no one will answer the phone. They will say the things you want to hear but trust me when I say they don’t care. From the time you move in they will somehow rack up additional fees at a moments notice. Your apartment probably won’t be ready when you move in so additional maintenance will be required. I also applied on July 3, after I put in my deposit i couldn’t get in touch with them again. I called 5-6 times leaving ...multiple voicemails and nobody even tried to reach out. I finally heard back on July 14 but by then I’ve already moved on. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!Property Manager Responded

June 24, 2025Professional staff, quiet area, and is close by to major attractions and shopping center. When I first moved in, the apartment manager was flexible when it came to my move in schedule and assisted to ensure that i was moved into an apartment that was safe and comfortable to my liking.Property Manager Responded
