not a great place to live
June 17, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe lived here for 13 months. They promised to replace the doors before we moved in. i have in writing reminding the lease staff about this issue 9/24/2025 but that employee was potentially fired/let go by then. its now 13 months later and the doors are still the same. they added weathering strips but it didn't stop excess air from leaving nor did it stop all of the bugs from getting in. the community owners decided to revoke the work order to replace that door any many doors in the community ...after we moved in. maintenance and the leasing team don't have a solid communication line. the carpets were coming up in a couple of places just from it being an older unit. the dishwasher wasn't secured in place, you could move it with one hand. we had a problem neighbor whose dog got lose and attacked us, thankfully it backed off before making contact. the community team said they couldn't say if anything was done, but the neighbor was still living there when we left. people like to race in the community and the school across the road from 10:00pm - midnight, every night, without end. a dirtbike and fourwheeler made regular appearances. parking is plentiful, the overall esthetic is nice, the pool is comfortable and their community gym is decent sized. No valet trash, no elevators, be careful about living on the third floor. grocery runs suck.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Not sure what problem the other reviewer had, but all our repair requests have always been taken care of within a day or two. Jeff helped us recently with a long punch list of items when we switched apartments. Very professional, friendly, and patient - he made sure the fixes were done right. Complex is safe and well kept. Nice pool. Lots and lots of dogs. Easy to meet people. Cute free events for residents. Location is great. CON: Not enough ...soundproofing between upstairs/downstairs units. Parking is tough. November 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comLived here for 18 months. Air conditioning continually went out during the summer and was never properly fixed. Without exaggerating, I put at least 7 service requests. Just a heads up, this place is crawling with cockroches. I had boxes stored in the garage and everything is infested with roaches now. When you move out be sure to take plenty of photos. I was charged over $700 for repairs to the carpet when it just needed cleaned. I was unable to come down to tour apartments, so my mom and dad flew down. They fell in love right away when touring this community. From videos, and facetimes, I knew I had found my new home!! February 6, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWe lived here for a year and had to move due to a job change. We keep looking for this type of complex near our new city! It was relatively quiet, occasional music or loud neighbor. Parking could be a pain, people can't part straight, so they waste a spot to the side. We loved the tall ceilings, it made the apartment feel larger than normal. Overall the apartment was very clean and well kept. Very pet friendly, the office staff has offered my pup a treat on multiple occasions. She loved the park ...area as well. In wakefield you can walk for miles! If we ever move back to Raleigh, we will be checking in to this place again!Read More

Parking can be a challenge and centralized garbage and mail took getting used to, but it was all well worrh it. Our unit is great and the property is well maintained.
