Comfortable and Convenient Living

March 17, 2022PRO: Maintenance staff. They are all great. Not sure what problem the other reviewer had, but all our repair requests have always been taken care of within a day or two. Jeff helped us recently with a long punch list of items when we switched apartments. Very professional, friendly, and patient - he made sure the fixes were done right. Complex is safe and well kept. Nice pool. Lots and lots of dogs. Easy to meet people. Cute free events for residents. Location is great. CON: Not enough ...soundproofing between upstairs/downstairs units. Parking is tough. Roaches
November 24, 2021Lived here for 18 months. Air conditioning continually went out during the summer and was never properly fixed. Without exaggerating, I put at least 7 service requests. Just a heads up, this place is crawling with cockroches. I had boxes stored in the garage and everything is infested with roaches now. When you move out be sure to take plenty of photos. I was charged over $700 for repairs to the carpet when it just needed cleaned. If you don't mind a broken AC all summer long, cockroches ...everywhere and belong overcharged when you move out, give Legacy at Wakefield a shot.Property Manager Responded

New Resident
November 16, 2021I was moving to the area from Ohio, after accepting a teaching position. Based on some references from friends, I began looking in this area. I was unable to come down to tour apartments, so my mom and dad flew down. They fell in love right away when touring this community. From videos, and facetimes, I knew I had found my new home!! The ladies in the office are beyond amazing, and took care of my parents, and I. I was greeted with warm welcomes, and lasting friendships as soon as I moved ...in! We loved living here!
February 6, 2019We lived here for a year and had to move due to a job change. We keep looking for this type of complex near our new city! It was relatively quiet, occasional music or loud neighbor. Parking could be a pain, people can't part straight, so they waste a spot to the side. We loved the tall ceilings, it made the apartment feel larger than normal. Overall the apartment was very clean and well kept. Very pet friendly, the office staff has offered my pup a treat on multiple occasions. She loved the park ...area as well. August 30, 2018I've been very impressed with the property and the staff. Our apartment was ready to go at move in. It is a great place.
