Car has been broken into inside the underground parking facilities multiple times within a couple months. definitely do not feel safe here at all

Fantastic apartment!

I will definitely miss this apartment and all the friendly staff at Legado! My husband and I moved to LA from the east coast last July and we picked this apartment as our first ‘home’ in LA. The high rise ceiling and good natural lighting made our one bedroom apartment look enormous. Flooring was newly renovated before we moved in. Thermostat was also upgraded to Google nest upon our arrival. All the minor cosmetic flaws I marked on our move in checklist was resolved within a day. Maintenance ...
is always professional and efficient every time we needed something done. Props to Vince! Our leasing office manager Joanne is literally the nicest person! She responded to all of our questions and concerns promptly and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the residents at Legado. Security was my top priority when I was shopping for apartment in LA. Due to the high crime rate in LA, like car thefts, break ins, stolen packages and other crime issues, I knew I needed to be careful with my selection. Legado has gates, on site security and underground parking which made me feel safe the entire time we had lived there. We moved out after our one year lease ended because we are buying our first house in LA! Our move out process was easy and smooth. I will definitely miss this place and recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!
