Nice place but parking is bad. The gate is alway open. But I like it so far haven’t been here a week yet but I’ll get use to it. But the only problem I see is parking

amazing place to live. my apartment feels so homey and the complex itself is nice. My only concern is the parking (non-residents) there should be a designated lot for guests. also the trash can sometimes be a problem. people are really messy

When a call is made to the office and a message is left, a return call is never given.
Breeze ways could use a little more attention.
Gym and gym's bathroom needs a lots of attention, to include equipment wipes.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartment is smaller than expected and the noise from the apartment above me starts at 5am until 12am or later. There should be a curfew for noise.

Very clean and friendly neighborhood. The apartments are spacious and there is an option to rent a garage which is great during inclement weather! Plenty of shopping, great schools and things to do nearby. Not too far of a drive to local beaches, but far enough away to not worry about severe flooding! Great maintenance, team with timely repairs and an office staff that are very friendly (they even have snacks for the kids on fridays when they get off the bus!) There are several community events, ...
a gym and yoga room and a beautiful pool-as well as a dog park, playground, carwash and doggie bath station! All in all the apartment complex is a great place to be!

My overall experience had been pretty good. My neighbors are nice. The issues I've had were minor. However, the office staff doesn't return phone calls often. Otherwise this is a great place to live.

Good place to live except for parking. Sometimes I have to park 2 or 3 buildings away. Each apartment should have at least one assigned parking space to avoid this issue
