November 22, 2024When a call is made to the office and a message is left, a return call is never given. Breeze ways could use a little more attention. Gym and gym's bathroom needs a lots of attention, to include equipment wipes.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2024The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartment is smaller than expected and the noise from the apartment above me starts at 5am until 12am or later. There should be a curfew for noise.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2024Very clean and friendly neighborhood. The apartments are spacious and there is an option to rent a garage which is great during inclement weather! Plenty of shopping, great schools and things to do nearby. Not too far of a drive to local beaches, but far enough away to not worry about severe flooding! Great maintenance, team with timely repairs and an office staff that are very friendly (they even have snacks for the kids on fridays when they get off the bus!) There are several community events, ...a gym and yoga room and a beautiful pool-as well as a dog park, playground, carwash and doggie bath station! All in all the apartment complex is a great place to be!Property Manager Responded
