April 17, 2026I would highly recommend joining this community. If you are looking for a comfortable, safe and peaceful place to live. You do not need to look any further. It feels good to be here and safe as I consider safely my number one priority. I have used the gym and you will always find equipment that is available. I have played pool several times and it has been a lot of fun! The pool is beautiful. I do not sun sit but there are always people enjoying their time spent there. The amenities are worth ...taking a look at. The management team helps when you need them. They are very friendly. The maintenance team gets the job done when needed. They are super nice! There are a lot of local places to eat and you can find any medical profession you need right here. January 22, 2026overall a good experience. location is great and walkable, easy access to highways. close to downtown raleigh and to cary. amenities are super nice and well kept. nice selection of floor plans, rent is overall pretty fair compared to places around. staff is super nice and helpful including maintence. my only true complaint is more issues with the other residents. The dogs situation here is getting out of control. dogs are defecating and peeing in the hallways and the elevators and dogs barking ...nonstop for hours. It seems people don’t really have respect for the property overall. they leave their trash outside their doors for days letting it leak and stay in the carpets and it smells awful.Property Manager Responded
