August 31, 2025Great location, pool and neighbors. Staff is friendly and polite . Excellent maintenance crew and very efficient. Repairs are completed rapidly. The complex is central and accessible to many Raleigh retail, cultural and green spaces. I especially like being close to the NC Art museum and museum park.
