September 3, 2025Very quiet community which I appreciate. I love being on the top floor and love my little apartment. The cosmetics aren’t bad unless you look closely, then you see some imperfections. This includes the base boards being painted over what looks like 100 times, small paint splotches on the floor and counter, paint on the balcony, and wood needing replaced on the balcony ceiling. But overall, these things are very negligible considering I’ll be here for only a year or two. I am so excited to start ...decorating. I wish a washer and dryer were included for the amount I’m paying each month. The office has been exceptionally helpful and professional.Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2025The lennox is very nice and mostly peaceful complex. The property manager and receptionist and maintenance are a little slow at coming out to check on problem's. But when they do they 9/10 always can find a solution. Very accommodating location next to tons of food spots and other complex. Overall I would recommend the Lennox to anyone just moving out and looking for affordable yet quality apartmentsProperty Manager Responded
