If you are looking for an affordable apartment complex, this is the one. They have a great maintenance staff and everyone in the office is very kind & knowledgeable. Like any apartment complex there are always going to be some issues, but they fix the issues immediately as they arise and who could ask for more than that. Quick maintenance, caring and attentive staff, clean property. Ms Tamara in the front office is just the sweetest. The apartments are super spacious perfectly located near 75 and plenty to eat and do around the area. I highly recommend and if I ever go back to the apartment living I’ll be coming right back to Lenox Pointe

i have lived here over 8 years. The staff is very helpful, I like the location, and the spacious apartment. The staff is always helpful, my car died 2x and they were quick to help me.
I like that it is owned by a local owner.

I have been a resident at Lenox Pointe Apartments for nearly three years, and I must say, I absolutely love it here. One of the main reasons is the spaciousness of my apartment. It provides me with ample room to live comfortably and make it my own.

This has been the perfect place to live for my family and I. We haven’t had many issues with our living space but the few we have had maintenance always fixed very quickly. Management of Lenox Pointe has always answered my questions quickly and have really made us feel at home in our apartment. A huge part as to why we moved here was due to the location being so convenient and I am glad we did. Overall, we have had nothing short of a great experience!

Lived here for a few years. The complex is in a great location. Very close to Publix/Kroger and all the major businesses in the 96 area and less than 5 minutes away from the interstate...The facilities are very run-down and outdated. This place is anything but luxury. Appliances break easily. Rodents are a prevalent issue. Maintenance takes a very long time to respond to requests and you often have to follow up with the property manager multiple times. Loud neighbors that blasted music and ...
yelled at each other at all hours of the day/night and engaged in drug use....The property manager is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She always had someone new working in the front office and did not hesitate to berate and belittle them in front of everyone....Did not have a working bathroom for several months and she refused to temporarily reduce the rent....This place does not charge as much as some of the other nearby apartment complexes, but I highly recommend renting elsewhere. You do not get your security deposit back and they always charge you extra at the end of your lease. Look elsewhere!

We stayed here for 6 months. Very positive experience. The maintenance workers are helpful, friendly, and responsive. Our 3-bedroom apt was VERY roomy; visitors were surprised at our amount of space. Location was ideal; easy walk to many restaurants and shopping.
The only downside is that many pet owners are irresponsible and don't clean up after their pets. If you don't have a dog, you may not notice it as much. But for us it was pretty disgusting. There is also a fair amount of garbage strewn ...
around. If people picked up their own litter, that would take care of the problem.
We very much appreciated our neighbors and found them far and away very friendly. If you wave and say hello, they'll wave back.
The pool in summer is excellent! They keep it clean and it's otherwise well maintained.
For the money, this is the best deal if you're in between houses or just need a place for a year or 2.
