I would think twice before moving here. I was one of the first residents to move into this community, and the apartment hasn't even been open for a year. I moved in October, and since then I've dealt with an ongoing pest issue involving moisture-related bugs, including springtails and booklice, throughout my apartment.

identify or resolve the source of the problem. I even had to hire my own pest control company and purchase my own dehumidifiers in an attempt to manage the issue.
If you're considering living here, be sure to thoroughly check your unit before you move in. The issues have not been fully resolved, and persistent moisture problems can lead to recurring pest issues.
