Well built Townhouses
August 3, 2015I have lived here for five years. The townhouses are older, yet because of their age they are incredibly well built. All have basements which are great for your laundry facilities or storage. You do have to supply your own appliances for laundry. The only appliance supplied is a standard stove/oven. All polished wooden floors except for the kitchen and bathroom which is linoleum. Water and electric are included in the rent price. No pets allowed unless you have a medical waiver for a pet. ...Rental agreements are rather strict.. and you have to go through certification every year as townhouse rental is based on income.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
