        After living in the North for many years, I was looking for a place where I could feel at home—somewhere comfortable, reasonably priced, and safe. In October 2024, I traveled to the Raleigh-Durham area and toured about 13 to 15 apartments. I ultimately chose Level 401 because of its great location, appealing amenities, and the warm welcome I received upon arrival. In contrast, many of the other places I visited were disorganized. Some weren’t available even though I had scheduled appointments; ...
        in a few cases, the leasing agent was out to lunch or had to show me a different unit than promised. This was especially frustrating considering I had flown in specifically to search for an apartment. It was far from the kind of welcome I had hoped for.

        I moved here in August 2024, the community here is amazing and everyone is so nice. My a/c was broke the first day but maintenance came out and fixed it instantly. I also had some other issues but maintenance came and fixed it next day. They are very professional and get the job done so fast. Other than that the property manager is fantastic and really listens and communicates well. Never had an issue here the apartment feels luxury. I have been here for 3 months and still love it here and feel ...
        like I’m in a safe area. There also a lot of community events and the other residents have been very friendly.
