        Moving into the Level at 401 community has been one of the best decisions I made in a long time. The community is so peaceful, all residents I have encountered are friendly. All staff whether office or maintenance have been knowledgeable and address concerns quickly. It is truly a luxury apartment community, and you receive 5-star service all the time.

        Lovely place, easy going , issues here and there but you wouldn’t learn or adjust if that didn’t happen. Staff are cool and really try to enforce that community feel. Not all residents will abide by the rules that’s just how things go. Pleasant and treated with care here

        After living in the North for many years, I was looking for a place where I could feel at home—somewhere comfortable, reasonably priced, and safe. In October 2024, I traveled to the Raleigh-Durham area and toured about 13 to 15 apartments. I ultimately chose Level 401 because of its great location, appealing amenities, and the warm welcome I received upon arrival. In contrast, many of the other places I visited were disorganized. Some weren’t available even though I had scheduled appointments; ...
        in a few cases, the leasing agent was out to lunch or had to show me a different unit than promised. This was especially frustrating considering I had flown in specifically to search for an apartment. It was far from the kind of welcome I had hoped for.

        Poor communication and maintenance lead had an attitude about addressing safety issues in my new apartment, issues still not resolved and cleaning of apartment before move in was horrible!
