September 13, 2024I never received my final account statement when I moved out. I dropped off the keys and a final utility bill check to the front office. When I contacted them a few days later to resolve any outstanding debt, I was told that I would be contacted but did not receive any letter, phone call, or email. A month ago I receive a letter from debt collectors saying that I owed a certain amount. I double check and saw that my check was cashed from when I moved out. The amount stated was incorrectly ...reported to the credit collections agency. I notified the apartment complex and they said that they would send me a new revised final account statement and update the collections agency. This was a month ago and now it damaged my credit with the old amount showing. I was never given a chance to resolve this and I refused to pay the wrong amount when they had already taken money from me. I want this off of my credit report and compensation for the emotional distress that this situation has caused me. Small claims court here I come.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't Move Here
March 19, 2021These apartments are far from "Luxurious". They are basic! 18 years old and they smell that way. Literally! Some of the apartment units have semi-updated appliances and may also have the cream colored laminate sheets on the bars, counter tops, restrooms and desks. Yes some! Just a tip to anyone who considers signing a lease with them.. Not all of the units are "updated" & none of the appliances are new rather you have an updated unit or not. Great Complex!!
October 8, 2018I've lived here over 5yrs, its a great complex!! Toni and the staff are always so helpful and attentive. The community is always very quiet and well kept, the parking has even improved tremendously!!! great place to live
September 25, 2018Hi, I have been living here since December, 2016. I am very happy and glad that I selected the good place for my family. My kids have been enjoying here due to stunning environment. Fully gated community and spacious rooms. All daily needs are just on walking distance from this property. Staff is very friendly, especially, property manager, Tony, She is very professional and capable to take care of residents. She is not only the best manager, but most important very godly lady. Very unsatisfied would not recommend that place to live to anyone.
June 21, 2017Pool is shown but is never cleaned. Always dirty. Area is not safe my son was robbed at gun point in the Walgreens parking lot for a rc car. Gates never work exit gate is always open so anyone can come in at anytime. Things were constantly breaking. There is not maintenance on site at all times. My a.c. went out was out for month and a half electric bill went to 285! My toilet backed up into my tub for 2 months had them there 5 times still didn't work. New to Houston and I found a great new home
October 1, 2016I am new to this city. I thank the staff of the apartments for helping me, they made finding my new place easy first of all. They had everything I was looking for. I got a upgraded apartment and everything they put in it was new, that was a plus. Stainless appliances, nice modern style apartment near my job, good places to eat and I feel home. Its a big city but the staff and people have been so welcoming here. I made the right choice to pick this apartment community to call home and I did my ...research most apartments in this area look nice outside but old inside this one had a clean inside and a new upgraraed inside. I love living here its cozy and its a quiet place

The pricing was right and I got everything new, new stainless steel appliances and its pretty cozy, the best part it is a small quiet community and the management and staff are really nice.
