Loud tenants, poor building construction, unhelpful corporate (Cowboy Properties is their corporate)

Consistent noise problems, that forced me to leave due to resulting health concerns. Tried to exit lease early due to extenuating circumstances, but the rental company had zero leniency in this regard.
In addition there was constant vandalism by tenants. The complex would fix, and then there would be more next week.
I've been much happier in other apartments. A shame there is no fair evaluations of circumstances.
