March 25, 2025I would not recommend this apartment. The apartment has consistently smelt like weed, and it's incredibly frustrating. Despite the fact that there’s a strict no-smoking policy in the lease, the landlords do not enforce it. The smell seeps into the hallways and even into the units, making it impossible to enjoy your living space. I've reached out to the management multiple times, but they do take action that implements change or addresses the issue.Review from Apartments.com
Consider other places, not worth what you pay for.
November 10, 2024I moved here January 2024 and since, the laundry machines were down for about a month. (You pay for laundry) I was commuting to Anderson to wash my clothes at my father’s home. After complaining they did give me a laundry credit. The insulation in the home is very poor as I can hear my neighbors laugh, tv noise, and extreme noise from pets. There hasn’t been any improvement in that area. Plumbing has also been an issue. Maintenance is quick although the problems arrive again. I will say these ...apartments are very beautiful inside and spacious although I’ve been disappointed paying such a high rent for a low quality apartment. I decided not to renew my lease and as it states in the lease they are allowed to tour your home. For many reasons this is very uncomfortable. Please do yourself a favor and reconsider!
