Live in town house and no problems

I am very happy that I found this property half a year ago. I live in a town house. All the issues which I found when did the move in check were fixed in the timely manner. When the bitter cold hit and there were problems with the heat at some townhomes (I was one of them) - they brought me two huge portable heaters and fixed the heat very fast. I saw somebody wrote about infestation - I didn't have any problems with it. At the end of February some company went through all the units as a ...
preventive measure and pre treated kitchens and baths from insects. Neighbors are nice, no problems. Love the gym, didn't get a chance to use the pool since it is not open yet for the season. And the price for the footage and the amenities is great.

I have lived at Liberty Station almost 3 years. This is honestly the best place I have rented. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. The apartments/townhomes are so cozy and welcoming. Any maintenance need that I have had, gets handled immediately and professionally. The maintenance staff is caring and helpful. Mice infestation

Mice infestation and poor management. Treat tenants as another rent payment and not humans. Terrible and stressful place to live. Poor management, everything is third party, unless we were lied about that. Lies are a thing there. Water randomly turns off and not notified till hours after, cause third party. Online rent amount is not always the same because third party. More mice we had there that it was a problem and not just a “field across the road” thing. Great playground, but that’s about it.

A Great Place to Live for Busy Professionals

I chose to live at Liberty Station for 2.5 years, and I highly recommend it. The only reason I left was because I had to relocate for work. Amanda and her staff are friendly and responsive to their tenants needs. She set me up in a newly remodeled two-bedroom townhome, which worked out great. The grounds are kept looking nice, and the clubhouse, swimming pool and dog exercise area are nice added features.

I have lived here for two years and I am only moving out to be closer to work and family. Office and maintenance staff have always been so kind and helpful. The renovated town houses are very nice and I have had very few issues with mine the last few years. Any small problem I did have was very promptly fixed. The property is well maintained and quiet. Rent is also very reasonable. If I could move my town house to an area of town that works better for my life now, I 100% would.

Lies and more lies!!!

They will lie to u in the very beginning!! Stay away from the townhouses!! Nothing but problems as soon as u move in! I talked to my neighbors and every one along my line of homes in my area. Everybody had problems once they moved in! The problems varied from each person from no air or heat or no workable mircorwave to bathroom flooring comming up in spots and horrible ventilation in some rooms. They hate communicating with u if u have problems also. They avoid u like u have covid. ...
They don't like giving proper notice either when they r about to do something in your place. What they show u in the beginning is NOT what u get when u get your keys! And also their corporate offices have their backs disgustingly. Nobody cares at that place!! Have nothing to gain by writing this embarrassingly honest and truthful review. Don't sign your name to contract!!!! Jus ask the people who moved in the last 5 months to so called renovated townhomes if u don't believe me. They will tell u.

I moved in to the townhouses in September and I couldn’t be happier. The management has been attentive to everything I’ve brought to their attention and cares deeply about their residents. They’re newly renovated, they added a swimming pool and fitness facility, and they’re not on a main road like most apartments. I’d recommend these apartments/townhouses to anyone I know.
