Great Place to Stay
January 3, 2025i spent around two years living here, and everything was great! incredibly clean, new management has improved and respond within 24 hours, cleaniness is great, and any pest control is responded to very quickly. I recommend this apartment who wants something cozy, affordable, and, on the higher floors, a good view of the knoxville gold ball tower.Review from Apartments.com

July 13, 2022You have to pay for non sense payments. Trash fees, Pest fees ( they don’t even spray your house ), Way too many Water payments. It’s all uncalled for.Review from Apartments.com
No privacy
April 19, 2022They enter your apartment several times a week with no notice. They say they don't need to give notice. Coming out of shower we don't want to see an unexpected maintenance guy. They are remodeling while we live there. It was remodeled 6 months ago before we moved in. No water for 24 hours while they replace the counters in bathroom and kitchen(which was replaced 6 months ago). They leave messes after the work. This place is a dump. Cracks in ceiling and walls. Floors bulge in ...places. But they are waisting money replacing already replaced counter tops. No privacy. They enter apartment many times a week with no notice. Rent is over priced.
