Library Place is a mix of nostalgic & modern design. It is located next to the Everett Library and has been designed to harmoniously & beautifully continue the aesthetics of this lovely neighborhood. With all the modern amenities outside and inside, Library Place managed to bring the feeling of warmth & home to its residents. closet/ storage space, choice of views, secure entrance and parking, walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, farmers markets, parks..... and of course the library is right next door! Location! Location! Location! Library Place has staff available for any questions or needs you may have; they are an extension of the Library Place family. Corey & Lauren have been amazing in answering all of our questions, giving us multiple tours and making us feel at home. Thank you Corey & your team at Library Place.

Before you live here, you will drive by multiple times on your way to anywhere in downtown Everett and notice this modern oddity. You'll think 'I wonder who can afford to live here?' and 'wait, am I still in Everett?'. First, yes, most likely you are a candidate to live here. And surprisingly, this city is becoming the new PNW metropolis! Library place has brought a contemporary twist to the tired old downtown area. Situated on the hill, only a few blocks from the water, this 200-something unit ...
complex boasts views from most outward facing units. Each equipped with floor to ceiling windows, the smell of the sea, and the sound of the seagulls. Inside you'll find brand new amenities, high ceilings, and tasteful finishes. There are a multitude of floor plans, I close the third floor studio. The open one bedroom plus den is another favorite. Or if you want to be really fancy, you could check out the two story loft. Library place is in close proximity to the farmers market, the co op, the theatre, restaurants, the art museum, a great sound view park, and of course next door to the library. There is a sense of community within the secure building, and the staff tends to every need. It's really 5 star living at a 3 star price. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.
