From the day I viewed this Apt., it felt like home ?. I got the location I wanted, the patio I wanted. The Mngmt Team is Surperb. As long as my rent doesn't increase much, I will be here for awhile.?

The management staff is excellent and the neighbors are okay and quiet so far . Ive seen other places that get a lot of traffic in and out but thank the Lord , I haven’t seen that here ! I’ve already started telling people about these apartments .

Useless office staff/maintenance

Moved in beginning of Feb told office and maintenance, now going into April AC/Heating Still has Not Been fixed....they mark it as resolved/closed even when maintenance hasn't even showed up? But when rent is due they call you ....just something to think about....looking for property management to contact me

Overall its not a bad place to live. It would be great to have a light out by the street so we can see the entrance at night. Its very dangerous at night because you cant see the entrance.
