January 31, 2025The upstairs neighbor's are super loud. It sounds like a WWE match going on at all hours of the day. Not to mention the bass of the music really adds a great touch. Smells like weed. No respect for the surrounding residents. Wish I had better things to say because I enjoy living here. December 30, 2024Recently renewed my lease for a 2nd year. The staff in the office are friendly and professional. They attempt to resolved issues and address concerns. Angel is front and center and not hiding somewhere in the back. She is very kind and also insures issues to be resolved. In which I appreciate the efforts and to reach out tenants for the holidays to celebrate together. Maintenance is AWESOME, they respond immediately. December 13, 2024Maintenance is somewhat on top of things. I have seen a few roaches despite keeping my apartment clean. Rent is on the higher side for sure for the outdated appliances and small apartments. You only get one parking pass and your visitors have to pay or park on the street which is kind of annoying.
