    I love this neighborhood.. I love the staff even more ! The assistant property manager .. Kadie is the best she makes me feel like I’m the only resident here at lighthouse .. Maintenance is very friendly all of my concerns are always addressed..

    The upstairs neighbor's are super loud. It sounds like a WWE match going on at all hours of the day. Not to mention the bass of the music really adds a great touch. Smells like weed. No respect for the surrounding residents. Wish I had better things to say because I enjoy living here. Just wish the office would do more about the issues I have brought to them.

    My experience has been good. I don't like carpets inside home. However, everything is good. It's amazing place for living. It's getting expensive but it's worthy it

    Always responsive to maintenance requests. They did a good job clearing parking lots and sidewalks after recent snow storm. In general, grounds are well-maintained.

    I dont know why I'm being charged $80 amenities fee. It's only me. And what are we going to do with the dog poo. It would be nice if towing is not enforced on holidays like in some apartments.

    Good location close to beltway and shopping neighborhood is most quiet need to work in snow and ice preparation and removal some parts of property have not been touched and remain covered with snow now ice

    Recently renewed my lease for a 2nd year. The staff in the office are friendly and professional. They attempt to resolved issues and address concerns. Angel is front and center and not hiding somewhere in the back. She is very kind and also insures issues to be resolved. In which I appreciate the efforts and to reach out tenants for the holidays to celebrate together. Maintenance is AWESOME, they respond immediately. Most issues can be resolved with 24 hours, if not an emergency. I would ...

    Maintenance is somewhat on top of things. I have seen a few roaches despite keeping my apartment clean. Rent is on the higher side for sure for the outdated appliances and small apartments. You only get one parking pass and your visitors have to pay or park on the street which is kind of annoying. Majority of the office staff are rude and nonchalant about the residents needs!

    Great upgraded apt with stainless steel appliances and wood flooring for a fair price. The grounds are pretty safe except for the unaddressed car break in issues. There is also a roach problem. Your experience really depends on which build you’re in.
