?? Very disappointing experience
I moved into this property on August 14, 2026, and I have been dealing with serious issues since day one. I still do not have a working refrigerator, and I have been dealing with a rat/pest problem in the apartment.
I have reported these issues to management, but they continue to remain unresolved. What is especially frustrating is that rent is still expected on time as if everything in the apartment is perfectly fine, while I have been living with these ...
problems since the day I moved in.
I also called the office to try to speak directly with a manager about these concerns, but I was not allowed to speak with one.
I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but what matters is how management responds when residents report them. In this case, I have not felt that my concerns are being taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner.
If these issues continue to be ignored, I will have to consider contacting the appropriate county authorities/code enforcement for assistance.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering moving here ask very specific questions about maintenance response times, pest control, and how management handles unresolved problems before signing a lease.
