Dishonest and unethical
May 9, 2024Absolutely do not do business with this property. My father was a resident here and unfortunately passed away at the very beginning of February (2). He paid his February rent. We moved out and turned in the keys to Nick who informed me we would receive the full security deposit back. Both Nick and Martina assured me and my family we would receive his security deposit on numerous occasions. I’ve called, left messages, and emailed after not hearing anything. Only now in May, after me repeatedly ...calling, did they inform me they charged him rent for the month of March (again, he passed away on Feb. 2) and would not be sending his security deposit. This was a complete change in position and we were never informed about this. Completely shocked me. Really disappointed and disheartened at the lack of honesty.Property Manager Responded

Safe, new and clean
October 31, 2022Management is fantastic and so helpful! This apartment is also brand new and clean. I always feel safe here because of the basement and the fob system. The apt door has a push button lock so I never get locked out of my apartment.Review from Apartments.com

July 5, 2022Excited for the Limerick to open for my grandma to move in! We’ve been looking for affordable senior housing for years, and the property manager made the application process so easy. He is super responsive to questions and happy to assist! If this is how responsive and efficient they are before she lives there, I can only imagine how they’ll be when she’s moved in!
