New remote-controlled, energy efficient Mitsubishi heating and cooling units have been installed in all units. Free laundry is located in the newly remodeled laundry room in the building. Lincoln Arms also features a communal back yard area with a gas grill and covered seating. Datawatch key-less building entry has been added for tenant security. Perfect Place & Location, Landlord Fantastic
March 27, 2024I lived here for four years and have no complaints. The landlord and maintenance were always accommodating and helpful. I had one bedroom that was just perfect in size for myself and two cats. The backyard area was great during the warmer months to hang out and grill. Most of the people who lived here had been there well over four years. Grocery store was in walking distance along with a few cute restaurants/shops. Bus line right outside or less than 20 minute walk to metro.Review from Apartments.com
What an amazing building.
September 1, 2016Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom for a very affordable price. Older building with fewer amenities than the new buildings but you get a nice backyard and only have a couple neighbors. Would definitely recommend this building to friends.Review from Apartments.com
