January 9, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe new manager has to go. He is very rude, doesnt know how to deal with tenants and others. He dont know his job. everything should be documented because he doesnt remember what he said the next time.He is always out of the office. if you call emergency after hours, they wont call you back. Lincoln court needs someone who can do his job well without arguing all the time with tenants.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comAfter having lived here for about 5 years I can definitely say that I truly enjoy living here (no I don't work for the property nor am I a realtor)! Originally built as condominiums in the 80's, this building is set up to maximize privacy and with the location, convenience is the best thing about these units! Immediately next door you have Eatzi's and in less than a 5 minute walk you have 6 restaurants, a liquor store and a Starbucks. If you take public transportation, there are two major bus ...lines that run right outside. The property has NEVER changed ownership since I have lived here, unlike other properties in the past. The property is VERY clean, has twice a week trash valet and a gorgeous pool to boot! Rent increases have been minimal and our apartment manager, Phillip, is a really pleasant guy! The only negative I could possibly think of is that there aren't enough windows in my specific unit but that is a personal preference.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
