To post the sterling comments...a free month’s rent? This place is a joke! Management pretends to care but their actions say opposite.
Only good thing are the size of the apartments. They are huge. Turn it back into senior housing and it might get back the great reputation it had for many years!

I really like my apartment, I live on the 4th floor with really nice nabers everyone and clean and easy to talk to. There are 2 elevators and 5 floors there is also a part room on the 6th floor. There is also a lot of parking you can have as many vehicles as you want al long as they run. My apartment is two bed one bad it's 1,000 square foot. There are also 2 beds 1 and 1/2 bad, 1 bed 1 bath, or 2 bed one bath

My apartment is 2 bed one bath, I pay for rent and electric. I pay $652 a month for rent. Everything in my apartment is electric so I have to make sure I turn off all the and the TV. My apartment have a full kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom is florae , everything els is carpet.
