3 words:Roaches, Run Down, and Risky
February 14, 2025They attempt to bury the poor conditions with new amenities like a jacuzzi and outdoor gym, but fail to address real problems. The entire property is swarming with roaches, don't expect to take any of your furniture with you once you leave unless you'd like your new place to be condemned. The plumbing is always being worked on so hope you like being able to use your water only 4 hours a day. Want to do laundry, good luck waiting 4 hours since 2/6 washing machines are always broken. Charging ...station for your electric car, sure but don't buy nice rims. They might get stolen. Make sure to invest in a PO box for your packages if you want to actually recieve them. And don't worry they never forgot to increase your rent 10% every year once your lease is up. So buyer beware.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 15, 2024I'm sorry you feel this way. But I can assure you Management does care. All maintenance requests are submitted online and are taken care of within 24-48 hours; unless its something major. We only shut the water off within the affected building for when a plumbing repair is needed. Water is off for a maximum of 30-45 minutes then its turned back on for that building. As for the cockroaches, that is something we take serious and that's why cleanliness and sanitation is a top priority here at Lincoln Park. As we try our very best to maintain a clean property, each Resident is also responsible for the cleanliness within their unit. If a neighbor fails to maintain cleanliness, then it affects the neighbors around. Management try's there very best to help those residents who fail to maintain cleanliness. The Landlord has kindly offered to provide Pest Control services on a regular basis to help fight off any pest issues, if any. I hope you understand. Thank you for bringing this to our ...attention.

Fixed my Toilet on Christmas!
December 27, 2023I am very happy with the new management. I thought I was going to get no response back on Christmas when I told the Property Manager that my toilet was not working. But he surprised me with a plumber to fix my toilet an hour later. The service has been great here!Property Manager Responded

Everything I need!
December 5, 2023I lived here for 2.5 years and I have everything I need here. My 2 bed + 2 bath is very spacious for me, my 2 kids, and our frenchie dog. The new manager has been very helpful and keeps all the residents up to date with all the changes. Good Changes! I love having a dog park here on site for my dog and the children's playground for my kids to play in. I recommend this place for the price and what you get!Property Manager Responded

New Management Improvement!
November 20, 2023We just got a new Property Manager and he is on Fire! He has turned this property around. This property used to be neglected but now we have all new amenities, including a fitness center and jacuzzi! The place is cleaner and my maintenance requests are being taken care of in a timely manner. Great price for the size and location.Property Manager Responded

Love it!
February 3, 2019New kitchen counters, dishwasher, it's really spacious. I love living here, we feel very safe and comfortable. These apartments are beautiful up to date. Management team are very respectful and hardworking. The location is safer with security cameras in the parking lot and first floor. The community is very friendly and sometimes helpful. They accept dogs!! The dog park is nice, the playground very clean, the gazebo very spacious and laundry room is very high tech.
