Great place to live
May 14, 2025We lived here for a year and a half and had a great experience. We had a beautiful corner unit with lots of windows and natural light. The location is perfect- near parks, shops, restaurants, library, bike trail, etc. We liked having a place for a BBQ and a clubhouse to use. October 29, 2021This is by far the most quiet and well kept apartment building we have ever lived in. The location is amazing with the bike trail right outside our door and walking distance to groceries, brewery/wine bar, restaurants, book store etc.. October 2, 2021I have lived Lincoln Street a little over a year. The staff are so friendly and tentative to any maintenance issues I have ran into. The grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained! I was worried when I first moved in about all the noise that I my hear from the fire station and EMS across the street but at night they do nit run sirens just lights! So I get the safety and security of the police and fire department across the street without the noise!Review from Apartments.com

Just moved in, great impression
April 2, 2021Just moved in about 10 days ago and so far, I've had no issues. The location is great; there's a grocery store, fast food, and some other stuff within walking distance, and it's a 20 minute bike ride from Epic if you're looking for somewhere to move after being hired (that's why I'm here). I'm renting a studio apartment, and I've had no issues with it (decent amount of room, walk-in closet, kitchen is good), plus the internet here is really fast. The property manager has been quite friendly and ...helpful as well. You get a spot in an underground garage, so you don't need to worry about parking, and the fitness room is pretty nice. Great Location
March 30, 2021This complex is clean and quiet (even with a fire department & police station across the street!). The location is what we like best. We can walk to the local library, grocery store, or brewery. Having the Military Ridge Trail right here allows us to go running or cycling easily and often.
