I don’t know how to feel …

I have lived here for three years. We had about four different property managers “work” here. & nothing has ever changed! Elevators smell like weed/cigs. Washers/Dryers suck and have mold in them. We pay for a private gym that barely has nothing and half the machines are broken. My bathroom had mold in it for three years and it was going to get “fixed” but it never did. Other tenants in the building have mold in their bathrooms too.

Is like living in a box. There’s no air vent so when your cooking the fire alarm will sound and you will get charge $50 every time. There is no closet so nowhere to hang your clothes and cleaning stuff. It doesn’t feel like a home. On the weekends when they have events there’s no parking in the garage so you got to park on the top where there no elevator so you will have to walk down floor levels

One of the worst places I have ever live the rules are never enforced complete and utter chaos in this place. A bunch of young adults who don’t take care of this building

I regret moving here ! If your looking for a nice place this is not it, the elevators smell like weed, the utilities are way to expensive, the apartments look bigger and photo and no matter how beautiful it is we are still in the city !

I've lived here for 7 months and I love it. It's quite. A private entrance from parking deck never have to worry about cleaning snow off of my car.. And I get that hotel feel.. Can't beat it for the price..
