Managment/ Customer Service is Horrible
February 10, 2025Moved out since this place has turned into a mess, The management does not return phone calls back, the maintenance doesn't communicate at all, and the front office hangs up on you and also doesn't return phone calls or voicemails back. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They also have NO extra parking at all, they try to charge for day parking spots. I am now steering clear from any place managed by the Remm Group, I never had these issues with prior management team.Review from Apartments.com
This place sucks!
November 21, 2023Lived here just under 2 months. They told us we get one parking stall and a garage. They have moved our assigned parking 5 times. They now say we have to pay $95 a month for a parking stall. They never disclosed this when we toured the place and when I asked. They said parking stall is included. I worry they have us park in a spot assigned to someone and we get towed. Abby is rude and condescending on the phone. I’m tired of having our parking stall reassigned if they can’t extort the money from ...us. They even had the nerve to say we can park across the street in a shopping center with clear signage there that they will tow non customers vehicles.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Parking and management are a joke
November 28, 2021Renters beware! We were promised parking for our 3 vehicles and got screwed. They told us to park the extra vehicle in guest parking and then they eliminated all guest parking spots. Now they want you to pay an extra $150 for a covered spot. We were told by management to park on Lincoln Ave and now the homeowners on that street have a hearing to have us not park there anymore. And good luck on street sweeping days, you can’t park between 7-11 am. They will tow your car for parking anywhere but ...your assigned spot. They don’t care if you have the parking sticker. Instead of calling you to ask you to move your car they call the tow company right away. But don’t worry, the management have assigned spots that you can’t even think about parking in after hours. One of the managers lives there and is super crazy she calls security for any inconvenience. Management is horrible and there are homeless people jumping the fence and breaking into cars and garages and digging through the trash all the time. Don’t waste your money rent is outrageous!!Property Manager Responded
