Our 66 apartments are occupied most of the time and when one unit becomes available, is rented right away by any of our long prospects' waiting list. At this moment we have only one 1 bedroom-1 bathroom unit on the first floor at $2400 a month with a 12 month lease and $500 deposit on approved credit. Also we have a 2 bedroom-1 bathroom unit on the second floor at $3000 a moth with a 12 month lease and $1000 deposit on approved credit. October 16, 2015The first time I called, I felt like this person really listens, her name is Rocio, she is the assistant manager and the person that it at the office on weekends. I got the urgency to visit the place so I did even when I new it was not available apartments at the time. I have been searching for an apartment closed to my job, school and church. I need a garage, pool and laundry in site. I also need a pet friendly community and I am so happy that Lincoln Woods has it all. I visited the property the ...next time on a Tuesday, Diana was in the leasing office that day, she is so friendly and polite as well as Jose the maintenance person that happens to be there too. I will continue been on a waiting list, definitely I want to live here but it seems nobody wants to move out of Lincoln Woods.
