Best Place To Rent
October 30, 2024The service is truly unbeatable here. I had some problems with my apartment that previous management would never address but Lincoln Woods Management took care of it immediantly no questions asked the best part, they fixed everything in only 3 hours. The amenities are unbeatable for the price of living here and you can kiss the laundro mat goodbye because the washers and dryers are free. There's a park for the children amd the dogs on-site and if that isn't good enough there's a nature park ...across the street as well. The units come with garages at no extra charge so protecting your car from the elements is very easy here. The people including management and maintenance are all very friendly and respectful I've yet to have any problem with my neighbors or any of the staff and I doubt I ever will. Need a good place to stay, couldn't think of a better one than Lincoln Woods.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Nice appartments
January 13, 2020These appartments are very nice unless you have kids.I have a 2yr old and hes not allowed to make any noice,which us very hard.we get complained on constantly and if it happens again we are kicked out.hes freakin 2 hes going to make noice.so if you have kids under 5 i do not suggest you move into these appartmentsReview from Apartments.com
Landmark Apartments
August 16, 2015First of all, moving into the apartment was great. The stair well was wide and made it super easy to get the bigger furniture in.The landlords really take care of the apartments between tenants. It was spotless when we moved in. The landlords are also very prompt at dealing with any issues with the apartment. They have a schedule of building maintenance: preventative bug control, yearly fire extinguisher inspection, etc. Bedrooms are decently sized, rent/lease is month to month, no central air ...but the AC unit is great, dishwasher and garbage disposal, one enclosed garage spot is included with rent with additional parking.
