November 24, 2025I am a low maintenance resident who have been here for over 4 years approximately. Had 2 incidents when it came to parking that the incident never got resolved fully and most recently a missing packing photographed in residential office that was never recovered. July 18, 2025Overall, my experience as a resident has been positive. The community is generally well-maintained, and I appreciate the prompt responses from the office team whenever I have a request or question. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. That said, there are a few areas where improvement could enhance the experience. For example, clearer communication about lease policies would be helpful, and the cleanliness of common areas could be slightly improved. More frequent ...cleaning, especially in shared spaces, would make a noticeable difference. June 23, 2025Had some miscommunication with the leasing staff in regards to what was all included in the total move-in costs and fees I was told would be waived and were, in fact, not waived. June 22, 2025Olivia made my move-in process and lease signing seamless and a luxury experience! From my first contact she listened to my needs and gave me options on floor plans in my budget that where ready to move into next day! The welcome home gift she presented to me move in day did the job and I still use my thermal cup. All I can say is I’m loving living at Lincoln Dilworth!Property Manager Responded
