The community is generally well-maintained, and I appreciate the prompt responses from the office team whenever I have a request or question. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. That said, there are a few areas where improvement could enhance the experience. For example, clearer communication about lease policies would be helpful, and the cleanliness of common areas could be slightly improved. More frequent ...cleaning, especially in shared spaces, would make a noticeable difference. June 23, 2025Had some miscommunication with the leasing staff in regards to what was all included in the total move-in costs and fees I was told would be waived and were, in fact, not waived. Also, the move in process was harder than it needed to be due to having to reserve a specific time to start moving in, though my lease started on that date. However, the staff is friendly when interacting with them, the community/amenities are beautiful.Property Manager Responded

June 22, 2025Olivia made my move-in process and lease signing seamless and a luxury experience! From my first contact she listened to my needs and gave me options on floor plans in my budget that where ready to move into next day!
