December 28, 2025My overall experience living in this apartment community has been very positive. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help when needed. The apartment layout is practical, with good natural light and sufficient storage space. Common areas are kept neat, and the surroundings feel safe and family-friendly. Parking has generally been ...convenient, and the location is a big advantage, with easy access to grocery stores, schools, and major roads. I also appreciate the sense of community among residents, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Any minor issues that have come up were addressed in a timely manner by management. December 28, 2025Good experience here overall! The amenities are pretty nice and location is good. I was disappointed that some of the problems with my apartment were never addressed and remained problematic the entire time I lived there. For example, my water always smelled like rotten eggs and this was never addressed for the whole year despite multiple maintenance requestsProperty Manager Responded

December 22, 2025Love my luxury apartment here a Lincoln At Dilworth. The amenities are top tier!!! The leasing team made me fell right at home! The maintenance team always come in time when ever I need help. The location is perfect for those that have a car or if you walk there are store near by and shopping.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2025I am a low maintenance resident who have been here for over 4 years approximately. Had 2 incidents when it came to parking that the incident never got resolved fully and most recently a missing packing photographed in residential office that was never recovered. I kill at least one hug cockroach a week. I guess it could be worst.Review from Apartments.com
