March 31, 2026I have been a resident of Lincoln Fair Oaks since July 2022 and I am still amazed at how professional, courteous, and kind the management team is, especially Toni. She has always gone above and beyond to assist. She is patient and understanding and will take her time to explain when I have questions. Toni has stepped up when needed without hesitation. For example, When I called to report my ice maker was leaking, Toni came over right away to show me how to turn off the water until maintenance ...arrived so that I would not have a big mess to clean. Each time I have had to call or come into the office Toni has been professional, responsive, and attentive to ensure my needs/concerns are meet. She goes out of her way to address my questions during my lease renewals, assisted me when I had issues with my portal, and has even help me find packages. December 28, 2025We've been living at LFO is 2018 and we love it. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff comes within 24 hours of reporting a problem. We love us the pool in the summer and the convenience of having a gym on property.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025I love my new neighborhood, moving here was definitely the best decision. I love the outdoors. I really enjoy walking with my pet throughout the neighborhood. My favorite part is enjoying the smell of the roses throughout the community.Property Manager Responded
