Would not recommend
February 27, 2024Have lived here for 2 years and moving out. Even though apartment i moved into is newly renovated it was done poorly. Cold air comes in from our cabinets which makes the kitchen cold in the winter. Wooden floors are poor quality and scratch with ease and are very hard to clean. When ever anyone cooks in the building you will smell it like your were the one cooking. Absolutely no amenities for the price which you can get at other apartments in Englewood. Home for Over 10 Years
February 24, 2023We lived at Linden apartments for over 10 years and highly recommend living there! Linden apartments are now all newly renovated and it has become a lovely community for young couples and new families to live before they move on to a house! If we ever needed anything at all …a friendly neighbor was always there to help! Our apartment offered both a very spacious living area and natural light that is truly hard to come by elsewhere. It is also set on the East Hill of Englewood allowing for the ...most beautiful walks. For those that commute to New York City, the bus is one block away! Best of all, the service is unmatched; as a wonderful super is always accessible on the premises should a tenant need anything fixed or have any concern. We highly recommend Linden apartments! The only reason we moved was because our family was growing out of our apartment! It really is the perfect place to live and to call home! We will miss it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
not amazed with site
August 17, 2015Though amazing aerial map the site does not provide enough in way of photos and near by location information useful to the rent who is making decisions in the initial view. Are the apartments near public local transportation (since Englewood is close to NYC this will appeal to those who work in the city such as myself), shopping/stores, schools or hospitals. Are the apartments elevated, take pets (yes/no), etc. Information/photos are groups in a collection.Review from Apartments.com
