Foundation is horrible and management SUCKS

Apartments are very spacious and recently updated . HOWEVER the foundation of the building is cheap ! You can hear the person above you phone vibrate I’m not kidding that’s how thin the floors are. Also Anytime someone above you take a bath there’s water that builds up until your ceiling eventually cracks. DO NOT PICK A GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT . Every time there is heavy rain your apartment floods! Been going through this for over a year and the management office and owners have constantly ...
