Happy Retirees at Linden Court Townhomes
February 14, 2017We have been here almost 1 year and we love it. We like the area quietness and safety of the community, which is well kept--feels like a real home. No more hustle and bussel of the South Bay (beach area), which we left. Love the scenery of the nearby surrounding mountains and easy freeway access. Office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. If there are any problems, they are addressed immediately within 24-48 hours. We like their Active Building Community ...website which can assist in expediting matters. Townhomes are pricey, but we do love the extras of the garage, washer/dryer, central A/C and heating which is included. New to Cali, not used to the rates
August 21, 2015My boyfriend and I just moved to this townhouse last week and so far it has been ok. We have a terrible ant problem that doesn't seem to go away no matter how much ant spray is sprayed. They are fairly quick with maintenance work orders and very friendly office and maintenance staff. My current rent is $1593, which in Arizona can get you a pretty decent 4 bedroom house in the suburbs..well, I guess we pay more for the entertainment, beach, and attractions!Review from Apartments.com

A place where I don't mind hanging my hat
July 31, 2015This has been one of the best places we have lived. They not only keep the property well manicured they also are on top of things when it comes to maintenance. In fact they want us to let them know if there is a maintenance issue right away so that they can keep our place in top notch condition. One of the benefits we have here at Linden Court Townhomes, that I appreciate, is that if you have a backyard the gardeners that maintain the common grounds will also cut your grass. So you don't even ...need a lawnmower! We enjoy walking our dog and we feel pretty secure here when we do. Is it perfect here? probably not. A Feeling Of Contentment
July 31, 2015Nice well kept neighborhood,a good safe feeling of taking walks, whether by yourself or walking your dog. Out of the 4 townhomes, i like ours the best because the laundry room is inside the townhome. July 30, 2015This neighborhood is a nice balance between being a comfortable home for families and yet still maintaining a quiet atmosphere. Each unit is fairly spacious and an efficient use of space. The grounds are neat and well kept on a regular basis.
