STAY AWAY
February 24, 2025New owners and manager took over January 1st. The manager Bianca is the rudest, most unfriendly person I have ever dealt with. She talks down to the residences, act as though we are beneath her. She is very unresponsive to any and all matters, whether it is a billing issue, maintenance issue, leasing issue. She will not answer emails, telephone calls or even written letters that are left in the office. She is obviously extremely untrained or just don't care. previous management was very ...professional; however, Bianca fails miserably at being professional on any level. I have attempted to reach out to the property owners, they too will not respond to any inquiry. If you are looking for an apartment, this is not the place to come. Stay far, far away unless you want to deal with this type of unprofessionalism. Spend your time and money where you are appreciated and treated respectfully. I would give zero stars, however 1 is as low as you can score!Property Manager Responded

Dishonest
February 3, 2023The new updates are cheap. They are just covering up the crud that’s underneath. Serious ongoing problems such as roaches, water leaks and outdated heating and air that break down.Review from Apartments.com

August 31, 2022Lindsey Manor is doing wonderful updates their community! The new appliances, granite, backsplash, carpet, 2 inch blinds, cabinet face and hardware are very nice and make the place more modern. The office staff here are top notch and maintenance crew do a great job of fixing things in a timely manner. All the staff go above and beyond for me! Safe and very clean complex!
November 23, 2021Been living here now for 4 years. Can't complain about anything really. My 2 bedroom 1 bath is decent size. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for an apartment. The grounds are always kept clean. Someone here or easily accessible pretty much all the time. Management is on top of things. They are always just a phone call or text away to get something fixed if needed. Nice playground for kids and a great size pool. I also would like to mention we have a wonderful young couple that is alway doing ...something for the community once a month or so. Biscuits 1 morning, we've had a food truck come for supper. They've had numerous other things to get our little community together. For the money, you really can't beat it. One more thing, you are close to just about anywhere you want to go in this area. December 28, 2019I have lived here for almost 2 years . Miss Dana and the office staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. The dwellings are kept clean and if there are any problems they are quick to assist . The pools is very clean and its enjoyable to spend time there as well. lastly also like the cares team with at least three functions a month for renters to come and enjoy what they have planned for the month.Property Manager Responded

Decent
November 19, 2019I have lived here for 4 years.the floor plan is alright but not all apartments have outside storage,which would be nice to have. Parking seems to be a persistent problem even with assigned spaces. They more often then not get to maintenance issues in a timely manner. However,they have raised my rent every year I have been here. Snow can be a real issue when you need to get in or out as they don't have on site ways of dealing with it(they do make snow melt/to k salt available which you have to get ...yourself and I have not really found an effective use for it when there's 6 inches of snow in front of my car :). But with the kernersville stuff across the street on Lindsay and mckaughn, those streets are the clearest 2 streets you will see in 3 counties...so if you can make it to Lindsay street,your golden.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Loved it!
August 9, 2015My wife and I lived here for a year. We would still be here if we didn't have to relocate to Wisconsin for our job. The staff is amazing, apartments are quite, and they are convenient to Winston, Greensboro and High Point. The staff is very helpful and quick if there are any problems. In our one year there was only one problem and they fixed it faster than it took us to realize there was anything wrong.
