Unresponsive office and no show maintenance the fact that rates have increased in spite of this just adds insult to injury.

They don’t answer the phone! I’ve been calling for over a hour and no answer! I’ve made several attempts to reach them and no one answers! I would never recommend anybody to live out here! I’m glad I don’t live here smh

Too much roaches

If you like roaches be my guest. My apartment was infested with roaches and they refused to move me to a different apartment. I worked from home and I had to deal with the poison they sprayed every week. Sometimes my headache would be soo bad, I had to sleep in my car. And they did nothing to compensate for that.

The staffs in the front office are rude and disrespectful. Anytime something breaks they will take a few days to get to it. They have the worst roach problem I've ever seen. I have two young kids and it's aggravating to have to worry about roaches being everywhere. They have pest control but it doesn't help AT ALL. We're finally moving out at the end of July!!

Since day one this apartment complex has been a nightmare. We finally found a home and decide to pay the fee for braking the contract. We signed a document, we gave them our new address, we paying the fee and what we have left was to pay whatever they found they needed to fix in the apt. We called a week after moving and they say we owed 60 something dollars and that they would send us the bill to the new house. A month passed and nothing was sent to us. We called again and they said that we ...
didn't leave an address and they added 30 dollars more to our bill (I know this because I like to keep all my records on writting) they denied changing the amount saying that there's no way for them to add anything on my bill and that we didn't let them know our new address. Seriously you're gonna let someone move out without having an updated address, ok. Next day my husband went an payed for the amount owed and got a receipt (thank god) a month later I get a call from a bill collector saying I owe Lindsay terrace money. This is what got me so upset. We called the apt office and they took the payment but didn't put it on the system. They said they call us back when is fix and didn't even care to do so. We had to call AGAIN and they put us on hold for a long time and all of them were rude. These people are disorganized, rude and don't have customer service skill. I don't like when people play with my money or credit. If you know if what your fault for not putting in the system at least take time to call people back and apologize. No sense of customer service, I won't recommend this complex to anyone. Neighbors smoking weed and doing shady things. Roaches and bugs everywhere. It was our worst nightmare. I there was an option to put 0 stars I would but there's none. You people on the office have a lot to work on, you have to remember that you are getting pay from your residents. That should be your main priority.

Lindsey Terrace is a great please to live. The property is always clean. The pool is always clean. The Staff is always doing activity for all the tenants and their kids. The Property Manager cooks once a month for all tenants. The Office Staff is very attentive to all my work orders. The work order get done in a timely manner.

I had to go to a lot just to get everything the way I needed it to be. They staff was very nice at all times, but never fixed any of the problems. One of the main problems, roaches. I cant stand them!! It took me calling them 10 times and always complaining and there pest control wasn't working so I got it done by a professional which after the fact they told me I could get in trouble for which at that point with all the bugs I didn't care. Another issue was a moldy smell. It still is here which ...
is why I think I have been getting sick more and more. I am moving soon and hoping my second place will be a little less stressful!
