After living in DC for 22 years, I was nervous to move the Winston-Salem. The staff at this gorgeous community made the transition so much easier. Every day I stop in and say hello to Lisa, Mike and Raquel like the are family.
I have a Jr. 1 Bedroom that is the perfect size for a single person. It has a GIANT closet which is perfect for my purse hoard. The kitchen is very functional and the bathroom has plenty of counter space for all of my beauty products. The floors are have proven to be ...
durable with a crazy 5 lb dog and the apartment gets plenty of natural life. My utilities have been about 1/3 of what they were in DC.
The community is very well kept with a safe parking garage and excellent pool area. There are also outdoor grills and a putting green. The gym is small but never really busy and has everything you need to keep the lbs. off.
The ballpark is across the street and can get loud but not annoyingly so. And every Friday during the season they have fun fireworks. You can walk to Burke Street for Pizza and Booze. In addition, all of downtown Winston is a cheap Uber ride away.
The staff arranges parties about once a month and they are super fun. It is like being in a grown up, professional dorm.
