I'm only giving 2 stars because if it wasn't for Adrian. our place would be ruined. management is awful, we had no heat during winter, and our apartment would reach in the 40s. when we first moved in, we were promised a fully renovated apartment. which WAS NOT done. missing blinds, shelving was missing, and the washer flooded the apartment. Adrian was the one who put in work to get our stuff fixed, knowing we've put up with it for over a year. him and the other 2 maintenance men are the only ...
reason this place is staying afloat. rent raised almost 300 it's, just silly. will not be signing again.

Best apartments ever!

My best friend lived here when she moved to New Mexico 11 years ago, and when I decided to move here from Memphis a year ago they were just a little expensive for me. After moving into a different apartment complex I've been checking the rates and openings here. Well, my lease was coming up and I thought I would check their rates one more time and low and behold they were at a price that was comfortable for me!! I moved in a week later! I have never been so happy. They are pet friendly and my dog ...
and I love the beautiful pathways, a washer/dryer in each unit, and very spacious interior. Needless to say, I would have signed a 5 year lease if I could!!
