October 31, 2025Not the best experience My initial tour should have been a red flag but I applied and moved in anyways to a unit I didn’t tour and it ended up having so many issues that maintenance would fix but fix very lazily. The unit was so incredibly dusty that even my own meticulous cleaning and dusting three times a week everything was covered in a layer of dust and it was impossible to keep up with and I was always sick. The plumbing was so outdated and the water was so foggy that came out of the ...faucets it was concerning. Simon in the front office towards the end of my residency was one of the highlights and the view from my unit I will miss. But the office staff that was there when I moved in were not helpful or knowledgeable about much. Overall for my first apartment experience and living in my own, I wish it would have been a better experience.Property Manager Responded

No response from leasing office
May 26, 2019I have been trying to book one of the unit available. Would have followed up daily over phone and email for the last 10 days. No one returns back the call or shares details asked for. What to expect when you move in. Issues and solution so you can enjoy home!
March 28, 2019The apartment will be presented "ready to move in conditions". Moving is overwhelming; it will be impossible for you to notice a couple of things that I will share with you. The air condition and heater will be left with no filter. The blinds do not move easily so you will have to grease the rails yourself. Dishwasher looks new but it will not drain properly; so doing dishes by hand is what you end up doing. The draining pipes don’t work properly; often the kitchen and living room will smell ...like rotten teeth, pouring a gallon of bleach will help with the smell but only for a few hours. The bath tub and toilet water will back up often (management explained that “water backs up because the level of the apartment”); neighbors have complained of the same issue when they live in lower floors but, don’t argue and buy a good plunger!! You will be using it at lease 3/ week. Bathroom fan will work sometimes but who needs that anyways… Shower water does not get warm enough sometimes…the office explained that the problem is because the heating system is being use at the same time. Don’t argue and buy an electrical heater or be patient and wait for the summer. Drawer would not close properly, but you will not noticed little things after real problems are not taking care by maintenance in a timely manner. (Average to fix something simple is 5 trips, a month, and a couple of lies suck as: “I was at your door ready to fix the problem but you did not open”. The outside of the building is gorgeous don’t blame yourself if you move in.Property Manager Responded

Renters Beware!
January 20, 2018Renters beware! Reasonable first year lease price, but expect a ridiculously exorbitant increase in rent after living here for your first year. Increases are greater than 15%. Interested in month to month? Your rent will LITERALLY TRIPLE. Management takes no considerations and will absolutely not work with you. Ask management if they could possibly price match a similar unit currently listed within the complex and they get aggressive and unapologetically unhelpful.
