Repaired 1 window The repaired 1 window. The other is still hard to open and close. These windows have been absolutely dirty prior to me moving in. I asked if they could clean them and i was told to hire a window cleaning company. Disgusting way to treat a tenant!

Garbage Was Cleaned Up Someone had moved out over the weekend and left garbage everywhere in our garbage corral near my apartment. I notified Westridge staff via the app and they absolutely took it seriously and cleaned up the mess. Thank you for doing this. I know you can’t prevent people that are moving out from doing this however, the maintenance staff took seriously and I appreciate it as a customer and a resident!

FIXING THE ICE-MAKER Even though the ice-maker was fixed from 'flooding' in the past, we found out that it was not completely fixed, since there was a problem with the wiring, which meant that even though it was turned on to make ice, thie wiring was not 'allowing' it to make ice. But now it is fixed.

Plumbing issue resolved Fast! novice disposal user here and naturally , I put egg shells down which is not recommended and clogged the drain badly. Maintenance came and fixed the issue quickly and gave me some inside info on disposals, i.e. best not to use them
