Security deposit
September 10, 2018I moved out of apt.#48 on July 27,2018 after my lease was up,I made sure the apartment was left in great condition. I have constantly contacted the property manager on several different occasions about the return of my security deposit and she have lied to me multiple of times and now she refuse to answer or return any of my phone calls. I went by the property last Monday and spoke with the receptionist and 3 different maintenance men there and they all stated that the apartment was left in good ...condition and that it didnt require any repairs and gave me documents supporting that. I feel she just doesn't want to return my $300 dollars security deposit but she have no choice because now I'm going to take her to small claims court for the return of my deposit I will never recommend any one to rent from this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awful. Dont move here.
July 8, 2018Apartments are super ran done. Management is not willing to fix anything. Everything is very outdated and old. The office staff is constantly changing have had about 10 secretaries in a few months. Keep all your rent receipts they keep trying to make me pay rent twice for one month. I have had this happen 3 times and has happened to neighbors as well. They will not pay to fix pool so dont cont on that.Review from Apartments.com
