        I have lived here in 3 different times, once after I sold my house, the 2nd after I sold my condo. The Staff is always there to help in any situation, in my case,, occasional help with computer issues. They also are so friendly to talk to, especially sport issues, football and baseball. Just an over all very friendly, caring team of employees that work here. I love the location as well.........perfect, very walkable to everything. and of course a feeling of safety with the gated ...

        In 3 years, I would have lived here for 20 years!! I absolutely love the staff, the maintenance and how well we are taken care of. The apartments are beautifully designed with intelligent space, to fit more than you’d expect. The landscapes are just gorgeous. My cat loves going around in his stroller. Within the gates is a wonderful community with convenient services and staff. Love it here and highly recommend always!!

        This community is absolutely beautiful- well maintained and well managed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a live-work unit downtown, especially. Proximity to the bike trail and many exceptional restaurants is wonderful.

        I have been very pleased with all the help the entire Staff has given to me. They always take time to listen to any concerns that I have, and helped me to make sure I signed up correctly for AutoPay for my rent...............They are always very friendly, and I enjoy the Maintenance crew as well.
