Locally Owned & Operated Liqwel is a newly constructed Chilliwack rental apartment that was built and is currently owned and managed by the Van Maren Group of Companies (Base 10 Apartment Partnership), a Chilliwack based company, with over 50 years of building, developing and management experience.
