June 29, 2025I have been here for years. I still smell marijuana, and that falls under smoke. This is a non-smoking premises, yet I still have to deal with walking through clouds of weed. Still find dog poop in the grassy areas. Still no playground for children. Still have poor staff interactions. Still find garbage all around the premises, when going for a walk. I still see people with clutter on their porches, yet our one refrigerator was an eye sore and we were told to get rid of it.Property Manager Responded

June 17, 2025It’s been 4 months now and all is great… anytime there is something wrong in the apartment, all I do is report it to the office or to the maintenance crew and it gets taken care of within 24 to 48 hours… I’ve not really had but one serious problems… that was the air conditioner went out, and they immediately brought me an air conditioner for the floor to use until they got the repair man out to get things fixed … The other things were minor and dealt with in a timely manor…my only suggestion is ...more shade around the pool…lolProperty Manager Responded
