This place is awful
June 22, 2023Cheap rent there is no washer, dryer, dishwasher in the units. There is a washer and dryer and every other building. Which isn't convenient. They will keep your security deposit no matter how good of the shape of your apartment is in. They use it to pay for upkeep. There was drug use in my building. September 29, 2022This building is run down. It was clearly built in the 1970s and literally nothing has been updated. There is no washer or dryer or dishwasher in the unit. There is a washer and dryer in like every other building. This is in the convenience and frankly unacceptable. Be warned that they will likely keep your security deposit and charge you for the maintenance of their building. You should only live here if you have to.Review from Apartments.com

May 7, 2018Our time spent with Deville was hands down the worst home experience I’ve ever had. Constant complaints from either neighbors or management for silly reasons. Unable to hook internet up in my apartment and I work remotely from home. Safe area without a doubt but the apartment constantly had problems and throughout my 1 year there, I had to call what seemed like every other week. They allow dogs without having an breed restrictions so you’ll see huge dogs barking all the time. Either creepy ...neighbors who blatantly looked in the windows when they thought we weren’t home or mean neighbors. Our kids wouldn’t have thrived there much longer and we are so glad to be out of there. Cheap and safe but they also charge a huge fee/take your entire security deposit when you leave, regardless of the condition of the apartment. If you haven’t moved in yet, run as far as you can. If you are already there, I wish you the best of luck and pray your situation was better than ours.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015This is the perfect apartment if like quiet. Large lard that are very well maintained. The management are very friendly and eager to assist any way possible. Shopping is very close in walking distance. They have very good maintenance crew that respond quickly for any repairs needed. it is a place that you just fell safe.Review from Apartments.com
