Disappointed
July 25, 2022It is a place to live. That is the only plus I give it. Management is unresponsive with emails and calls. Only way I’ve been able to get things done is my actually going by the leasing office. But also does not help that one of the maintenance people who happened to be inside the leasing office one day during one of my many disappointments explained that he would not even drink the tapwater because it is not safe for human consumption. This is after having to explain to one of the managers that I ...had to purchase a water purifier to go under my sink to at least barely taste because I’ve been making tea out of this water for the past three months. Also I’m not entirely sure why but my electric bill is consistently high and the AC unit does not seem to be putting out enough power. It feels like the apartment just does not cool down enough even though I have it set for 75°. I want to like this place but I just can’t because every single time I turn around I am met with disappointment. Between water damage and the floors cuts in the floors messed up ceilings and the fact that there’s not even a single ceiling fan in the entire apartment I had to go get my own just to try to cool myself down because remember the AC doesn’t work as well as I thought it would.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Best place in Tallahassee
February 1, 2021I’ve lived in Tallahassee for 10 years and this is by far the best community so far. I’ve been here 3 years and everything year this place looks and improves. I just want to say thank you to the office and maintenance stuff for making it easy. Love my apartment!
January 17, 2018I just moved here from South Florida and I love my place! I really like the fireplace right now and my private back yard. I can see that they are steadily working on things and that makes me feel nice when I come home from work. I like being where people care about where they live and work.
